Default Can you make a B18b1 a beast on the streets?

I have a b18b block bore to 84mm(2.0 liter). I want low compression pistons and rods(which ones are good???). I want to sleeve the block too. I already have a t3/t04 .60 A/R turbo kit. I want to run at least 15 psi. I want to know what kind of horsepower could I get out of a setup like this? If anyone have any track times that would be great. Give any suggestions about any of this. I want at least a 12 sec car or 300 hp car.
