Which of these weld fittings can i do for my oil return on TURBO?

I'm going to saw off the barb fitting return on my turbo and weld one of these on to my flange...
see this guy, i have that flange part but it's a barb fitting but i want to weld one of those an fittings so i can screw it into my an stainless line. any ideas? i'll try to show a pic of my oil return fitting soon.

no!! I want to weld TO MY TURBO OIL RETURN
