Weld it, JB weld or just buy a used one? I dont really want to buy a new one cause I would want the exact manifold cause I would just want to bolt it up and not have to worry about vaccum hoses or anything. It broke be cause I tightened one bolt down to tight with out makin the one on the oppisite side tighter. The peice that broke off is right by the coolant passage by the #4 runner. Any help would be great.

What manifold is it? Possible that you could buy a used one? If welded correctly I dont see a problem except costs. (you have to pay someone to weld it, than take it to a machine shop to make sure its flat for the IM gasket)

Its off a D15B7, what is the IM made of cast or aluminum? It its cast, I dont think you can weld it. I think that you have to braze it? I dunno, Im gonna try a infamus JB weld, if that dont work I suppose Im gonna have to fork out some $.
