Default hondata

im waiting for my hondata to get here.

quick question, if i install the 550cc injectors when i get the hondata and install the hondata i will be able to drive the car correct?? money is tight and im looking at the end of the month for dyno time. just want to make sure i could drive back and forth to work.

I assume the shop that is sending you the hondata put a base map on it for you correct? If so you can drive on that...is it recommended..NO!..but you can. A base map is designed to get you to a dyno so be careful if you plan to drive around on it for a while.

As long as you get a good base map, you should be fine driving on it for a while. Paul

The base hondata maps are VERY conservative and you'll be running pretty rich with them. But yes they are safe to drive on, but don't do it for too long or you'll be wasting a good amount of gas.
