Default help stuttering problem

here's the prob under light acceleration my car will stutter like its going to quit but when u get into the gas it cleans up. it also does this when u hold a steady rpm like when u are cruising on the highway. the cap, rotor & wires looked ok to me and i just replaced the plugs. the car is a 99 cx and i have the normal bolt ons with a z6 intake manifold swap. it is becoming progressively worse.

i have the same problem, but i have a funny feeling it has something to do with my MSD ignition haveing no external coil for it. is it possable to fry my stock one if i JUST use the MSD SCI ignition?

timing is stock and i already ripped the msd out thinking it was that. cap and rotor look ok, but i'm gonna change them tonite to see if it helps. i haven't chk'd the fuel filter yet, if it still doing it after i change the cap and rotor than i will prolly look at that next.

no external coil, everything on the ignition is/was stock except for an msd box. i removed that thinking it might have been the problem but it still does the same thing.
