Default RESTORE engine additive

What do you think about this product and have you ever used it on your high mileage motor?

(hoping to get a quick reply as Im going to the parts store to do an oil change)

I used STP engine cleaner ( the one we put every oil change ) once, I felt a little bit accel on the car

it wont do much for your engine as far as i know, it just thicker oil so it will leaks less.

and ddua you are talking about Carb/injector cleaner which is another subject

that was a pretty thoughtless comment... what about the those components that are legal in california for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways..? and the fact that federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways..? oh-i guess mugen products are an exception since they are used in their race cars... maybe honda-tech should have a stock/o.e.m. forum...

i don't think engine restore is waste of money... they've dropped to about $3-4 at advanced auto parts anyway and for about the price of a pack of cigarrates, you can buy a little peace of mind... what else can you do for a high mileage-stock-internal-turbocharged accord at an affordable price..?
