just used it this past oil change. i dunno, haven't done any before and after compression tests. i haven't noticed any drastic changes. so i can't tell u if it works or not

I think he was being sarcastic. I've never needed it in any of my swaps. I've been told by people I use to work with that it works decent enough.

Products like this kind of strike me as strange. I've always thought that if it is made to fill in scratches then won't it fill in holes in the filter causing flow restriction? That being said, i've used it before in my winter beater (high milage subaru) and it seems to have helped. They say it takes 500 miles for it to work, i will add it 500 miles before an oil change and hope that it doesn't sluge up everything too much. Good luck
