Default maybe you guys can help me???

i have this humming noise when i turn the wheel while accelerating. Its not rubbing because i have stock gun metels and this happend after i had my 3ed gear syncros fixed under warrenty. i would take it back but this only happens every now and then but i definately know somthing is wrong. any thoughts???? thanks

Mine does that too - I think it's just an innocuous mechanical noise of the transmission. It only happens when the car is going slowly and usually when I've just started up the car. Probably the LSD - but your guess is as good as any.

Man I've been noticing that the past two weeks, but can't figure it out either. I though maybe I lowered the car too much, so I raised it a little in the front. Still makes the sound. Then I thought the switch from 195 to a 205 tire caused it, but they never rubbed when I first got them. I need to check some more. Now I see two other R owners have this issue. hmmmm....lemme know if you find out anything before I do
