need more info on your set-up. First thing that comes to mind is a plugged up PCV valve. Scared me when I was running turbo, thought I blew the motor, changed out the valve and never had puffs of smoke come out of my car when I was waiting at a drive through. If it has a sweet smell, then it's coolant, if not, it's oil. Either way, you shouldn't be smoking. What is the miles on motor, ever rebuilt? Boost or NA, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.

White smoke equals burning oil.
Black smoke equals fuel burning.
Anything other than that sounds like coolant.

But check the PCV valve.

Actually white smoke is more likely coolant.
Whitish-blue is oil.
Black is gas.

Don't do the shake test on the PCV valve. It doesn't really rattle much. Take it out, clean it up, and blow on the bottom side to see if it lets air through, then blow from the other side to make sure it does not let air through. Incidently, Honda PCV valves are stupid expensive. It's 18 bucks for this PCV valve!

put your hand in the smoke and then smell your hand..you should know what it is when you smell it..
the smoke never goes away? you sure its not just the condensation in your pipes from parking over night?

ahh, you can get a PCV replacement either made by purolater or fram, they do the job without the price hike of Honda equipment. I was enlightened to read on the PCV box that it was recommeded to change it out every 15k. Now if you removed the breather for the valve cover, that valve must be clogged up.
