Default what's best for FI...

stock spec valve clearance or tighter than stock valve clearance?

i heard that tighter valve adjustment will result in increase air flow but too tight will wear out the valve/valve components.

so which is better or does it matter? will there be any significant gains?

the "tighter" the clearances, the further the cam can push the valve down into the cylinder, so you do breathe a littel better. with a turbo you're pushing so much volume into the cylinder i dont think its as big a deal than with a NA motor, which is trying to suck as much air as possible out of the atmosphere.

i wouldnt run them tighter than the spec. theres no real reason to do it in my opinion. its probly ok to run them a little tight but within spec...but i wouldnt see why.
