Castlenut wont tighten, bolt broke loose..
Here's a pic..
When I try tightening the castlenut, the whole bolt connected to the joint spins along with the nut. How should I stop the bolt from spinning???

this happened to me... now if i could just remember what i did to fix it...
i am pretty sure i ended up putting a jack under the lower arm and jacking it up to put some pressure on it.

Put weight on top of the ball joint. If that doesnt work, have someone use an air gun while you hit the top of the ball joint with a BFH.
replace it.
depending on how loose the balljoint is, i'd replace it.
if it's still pretty tight, jack up the LCA or push down on the knuckle while tighting the ball joint

Clamp down on it with some big channel locks and then hit it with an impact..
If the threads are screwed up,chase them with a die... 12mmx1.25

try looseing it
then pop the knucle back out
hold the body of the bolt with a vice grip
clean the threads on the bolt
thread the nut on a couple of times until it goes on easily
try putting it together again.
