Default fuel delivery on a turbo crx.....

I am having trouble figuring out what to use... I am runnning a t3 off a mx6 a fmic and I got a field's sfc-vtec controller... I am wondering, should I get 450's or go with the 390's I have? that is the onlything I have to figure out. any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tony

I say go w/ the 390s for now, but buy some 450s right away and swap them ASAP. Also keep the boost low when on the 390s, I think you can do around 8 max, but I can't remember and I don't want to do the math.

Keep the 390's because you can only do +/- 30% with the sfc unlike the +/-50% with the v-afc. You will more then likely be runing to rich if you swap to 450cc injectors.

Depends on what it came off of and what the the wg is set at. Most likely 5-6psi.

thats not going to cut it, although it will get you close you will still need to tune it properly on a dyno, every car is different.

Depends on your tuning, I don't get any pinging but thats because i've spent some money on getting it tuned properly. I used to get some pinging but fixed it with a btm. pinging can be caused by several things. Of those to much timing will cause it and to low of octane, runing lean will also cause pinging. Make sure those are all in check and you should be good
