Found a quick and easy solution to rough idle caused by the EACV.
Block off the EACV. keep it hooked up, but just block off the two holes. only downfall to this is the idle will never be raised for cold starts, so if you're up north you may want to raise your idle a few hundred rpms when it gets cold.
my car has a rough idle, and its really really irritating. my questions to you are, what is the EACV and where is it located? if you block it off, is there anything else that may be affected by it besides the idle? thanks.

#17 is the EACV
you only need to block off one of the holes. the main objective is to neutralize the EACV so that it continues to function but has no use and doesn't affect your idle. easiest thing to do is get a piece of aluminum foil and fold it over about 10+ times so that you have a strip that's about ~3/4" - 1" across. then put it over the hole with the mesh(this is the intake side) which will keep it from getting sucked into the intake manifold and wreak havoc.
