Skunk2 coilovers?
I don't have them on my R now, but I used them on my 2000 GS-R, paired up with some AGX's and loved them. I'd assume that they would feel slightly tighter on an R, since it's a bit lighter than a GSR.
I have these on my ITR with stock shocks. As long as you're conservative with the lowering, you should be perfectly fine. You can usually tell by the really bad camber and the bounciness that alot of people complain about. They're awfully loud too and clunk and clink every now and then. Other than that, I have no problem with them.
Keep in mind that the stock shocks are not made for these and a proper upgrade is due in the future.
Here's a picture of how much I lowered mine. It's a perfect drop and adds a slight performance increase and look without the negative side effects. I do not have a tire wear issue neither.

The way that they are installed is just weird. There are rubber o-ring type thingeys you can put between the sleeves and the shock body, but that will solve that problem. The other problem is when you go over slight bump and the suspension travels upwards, the springs will not be compressed and they tend to hop off of the sleeves and make noises. Sometimes in hard corners they also move around and make noises too. In other words, the uncompressed length of the springs are too short.

get the integra rates. also get the Ground Control custom top hats to save your stock shocks.
or you could make some yourself...

i have the skunk 2s on mine for like 1.5 yrs now if not a little more, and still on stock shocks . it handles like a dream and looks great with a lower stance too
im sure everyone has seen mine here mutiple times
i have had , well still do have both, i like the Skunks better for racing apps, they are stiffer for sure and i just like the handle of thme , no complaints here.
i do have the GC's on the EP and they arent bad, but too bouncy for me at times.
