Re: Skunk2 coilovers (SIcoup)
You don't HAVE to get new shocks, but from experience, I would recomend them. I ran skunks on my stock shocks for quite a while only because I was going to get a new setup anyway so I didn't want to waste money on shocks. You'll be fine, they ride ok, just kinda bouncy.

Re: Skunk2 coilovers (EKology)
ive had my s2k coilovers in 3 diiferent cars. all 3 cars didnt have any problems with the shocks. if ur kinda low on money, i really dont think it would be a problem to use stock shocks. unless your constantly going over bumps or etc.

stocks shocks are fine. BUT, it would't hurt to get some KYB AGX's later down the road if your drop is no more than 2 inches. Or if you're slamming your car, I would highly recommend Koni Yellow adjustables.

I highly recommend you running an aftermarket shocks. I called Skunk2 before and they suggested Koni yellows or Bilstein shocks.
