take a few seconds and search. There are people who's names here will tell you they run boost That and there have been a fair share of turbo threads in here, just try that cute little search link in the top right corner.

boost will depends on your setup.. a smaller turbo will need more boost to match larger turbo.. parts i don't like in most turbo kits are fuel managment and manifolds.. things you want to exclude are fmu, and get some standalone, intank fuel pump, larger injectors and f.p.r, tial wastegate. other components may be required, the more hp you push, the more you might have to replace/upgrade.

**manifolds will do the job - but at larger boost levels or any boost you may experience boost spikes or creep.. or cracking on drag manifold.

Boost on an R is straight. I will be boosting mine real soon, check with Itr206 I beleive is his name, also swlabhot and Lost Type R are the one's running a turbo on there R off the top of my head. I will be running a log style manifold so I can keep ac, garret t3/t04e turbo 48trim and Ar of .50. Hondata for my ems, 550 injectors, thermal 3' exhaust tail 35mm wastegate, and I will be boosting 5ibs on stock motor. SHould be pretty good for at least 265-280. It's all about the tunning on the R. Not alot of room for error but you can make hella power on low boost.
