Spoon Sports Cam Specs??
Does anyone seem to know?what do you guys think about these cams compare to the other one?do they make good power?I am still running on a stock jdm itr valve train..all i want to know is what is the lift and duration and what are your guys thoughts ,and comments on them ..dyno sheet would be great..
excuse me, but you just posted:
"Hi.. I am getting a set of spoon cams soon..I am wondering when i put them in at what clearance sould i adjust my valves to?and what else sould i adjust when puttin in these cams and check for?any tips and clues on how to install cams?anything would help..thanks"
All the information you need will come with the cams. Otherwise the shop you buy them from will have the information for you.
No one has dynoed these cams and posted it here. They are not very aggressive, run with stock valvetrain and purportedly make decent power (all claimed though).
Try http://www.spoon-sports.com for the other info.

i'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean by "adjust my valves". If you're talking about valve timing, yes you should get cam gears and set them to zero (TDC) and then dyno tune them (probably advance the intake cam a few degrees).
I also read your similar post at H-A.net and it is obvious you're a novice installer. Please please don't try to install cams if you don't know what valve lash is. Go to a reputable shop and have someone install them for you. You can screw up a lot of things during a cam install and basically kill your cylinder head if you make a fatal error. Peace.
