Default Spoon Cams Specs

hey i bought a set of spoon cams last year(used) and i never got the spec sheet on the cams, if any1 has these cams(street cams)with the spec sheet could u plz email me the specs it would be much appreciated. Thank You gsrboy21@hotmail.com

you should try e-mailing companies that sell the spoon cams. they can help you with that.

Do you have any dyno sheets with the cams and what type of valvetrain are you using? I am thinking about buying some but i need to know if it is worth it or should i just save for the JUN Type III's.

you'd make more power with Jun 3's.
Spoon cams are like stage 1 cams in contrast to Toda A's, Skunk2 stage 1, Jun 1's, etc.

Raising your compression ratio, when running stage 2 or higher cam profiles (if you didnt know).
