i was wondering if the SI guage cluster will hook up directly after i pull out my stock CX cluster in a 1996 EK. even though there is no tach on the cx, is there a plug back there to hook up the SI cluster. i also really need to know a place that cna order the SI cluster. thanks alot

 

Si cluster plugs right in and everything works. no extra wiring or plugs needed.

You would probably have to check the recycler.com or thepartstrader.com for a cluster.

Buts its a simple plug and play mod. There are 2 screws holding your bezel on (at the top) and 2 clips at the bottom. Then onces that is off there are 4 screws holding in your stock cluster, remove those and then there are 2 wire connectors on the back of the cluster. Take those out. And intall the si cluster.

 

the 2 or 3 plugs behind your stock cluster will directly pulg into the si cluster

i just bought one for $150 shipped... it was coming in today but i missed the ups man so ill have to wait till tomorrow.

 

Should have spent $45 more and got an EG6 SiR cluster, I see USDM Si clusters on Ebay for around $90.
