ok i have an h23 in my 96 accord. we just put a new clutch tranny and flywheel in. that stuff got installed fine but now the car dosent rev over 3 grand. what could be causing this. we checked the timing and the distributer(sp) and they seem to be ok.

 

My car did that when it had an Bad ECU...also check the map sensor,make sure all the connections on it are ok.

 

Dude your in limp mode, find out what code the ECU is throwing and fix it.
