Default help Replacing rotors and pads help!!!!!

Has anyone replaced rear rotors on a 94 accord, I tried to replace the rotors and pads last night, nothing went right. Caliper bolt (12mm) was stripped to hell, got one caliper bolt out so I tried to swing the caliper down and out , with the help of a hammer I got the caliper to come off. I then removed the 2 14mm bolts that hold the caliper bracket to the hub behind the rotor. After I got everything off I drilled out the 2 screws on the rotor and removed the rotor. When I went to put the new stuff back on everything was not cooperating. After the caliper bracket was bolted back the rotor was suppose to spin freely, but did not. I did not think anything of it so I put the new pads on, as I was tightning the 12mm caliper bolt ( one bolt b/c other had to be cut off, must replace the bolt) the rotor still wouldn't budge, I figured maybe the piston on the caliper was causing the brake pads to push on the rotor, I thought they might adjust them selves, but no good. I put the tire back on and still the brakes were still dragging, now they are heating up really bad and are still dragging. What do I do? I bought a new caliper assembly with new bolts incase maybe the old one was bent... any advice appreciated... thanks

Did your brake lines bind up in some way? I'de try everything i could think of before using new parts. Could just be something simple that you overlooked.

FYI, if this ever happens to anyone else, I figured it out, the 12mm bolts that bolt the caliper to the caliper bracket (they hold the pads in place too) well the part they screw in to has to be able to move and slide and compress. Well mine seized, so I had to remove them and re-lube them. Problem fixed..
