Default Idling & bogging problem [94 ex]

I have a 94 EX coupe; currently have 96,000 miles on it. Recently I just replaced the distributor, and now my car seams to be bogging in first gear and low second gear. It seams to be “sluggish” in a sense. My friend says it could be the fuel filter? But also, besides the bogging, it idles ruff, really ruff. Before it would just idle ruff until it warmed up, then it would stop. Now it’s bad all the time, and it sounds horrible. Also, what could be doing this? Someone told me it could be a sensor of some sort and that I should “clean” it. Any comments will help. If anyone lives in the Chicago land area that could also help, please let me know.

Thanks in advance guys.

Check your map sensor.

Honda recommends you replace the fuel filter every 60k....
