I use Mobile 1 10-30 and my plugs are gapped at .35 on my z6. Some go with around .30 I think.

Amsoil Series 2000 ow-30 Race oil. Either Mobil 1, Amsoil or K&N oil filter. Both the Mobil 1 and K&N oil filters are made by Champion labs and both are almost identical. The Mobil 1 has slightly better filtration performance. Check out this link on maxima.org. http://forums.maxima.org/forum...id=70 Click on the first link. You may have to register. We've done tons of oil analysis with just about every oil out their and Amsoil always seems to glow. Redline is a good choice as well. Mobil 1's new SuperSyn is good oil while their old Tri-Syn wasn't even a full synthetic. Neo is decent oil. Royal Purple is absolutely horrible, so don't believe the hype. You will hear many people tought they gain hp and tq with Royal Purple. No oil will give you any hp advantage!
