I got a d15z1 motor(vx) w/ a d16z6 head(si). The problem is...i got a f**ken peice of sh*t DX P06 ECU! I dont know what i need in order to have vtec hooked up...i have a 92 Hatch CX. I got a spare P28 ECU but what else do i need? I was told 92' civic hatchs already have the factory vtec wiring already embedded in the under dash to shock tower harness (whatever that is). Please give me your best advice and info. I GREATLY APPRECIATE your consideration. Thank you.

 

so your saying you have a vx block, with a z6 head, in a 92 cx body? correct? in that case all you need to do is hook up your p28 or just get a vtec controller such as fields. not sure about all the wiring but do a search... i seen allot of threads about this stuff.
