Default 2000 Honda Civic Type R

I am the proud owner of a 2000 Honda Civic Type R....have alot of questions and need opinion, and I live in the Caribbean....hence I have this car...:D

well as you know, it's a two dr hatch with a b16b motor
so far i have an ACT clutch and pressure plate and a AEM CAI Intake installed...

this is what i want to get:-
Spoon rear strut bar
Spoon Stroker kit- 1.6- 1.8 liters
Spoon Flywheel
Tanabe front under brace
Buddy Club ECU spec a
Greddy front Gracer lip
Greddy Oil Catch can
Toda 4-2-1 headers
JIC Magic full catback with a titanium exhaust, angled exit.

I plan to auto x and drag my car....

Please take time to answer my questions in detail because i want to do this once and right the first time, because errors are expensive.....
Firstly, suspension wise is the spoon strut and the tanabe underbrace a good choice? to make handling better? I dont want to lower my car or get coil overs because we dont have the good roads u have in the US....

Next the Spoon stroker kit, what else would I need to run this kit?....larger injectors, etc? would I have to run higher octance gas etc?...we get for the best 95 ron unleaded here
anything else as I will have to do to run a higher compression ratio?
anything u guys might want to add inabout stroking?

Well I choose to go stroker because of the torque that the 1.6 lacks, would be gained from the stroker and also most importantly the I want to maintain the sleeper look.

Next, the greddy oil catch can comes in two sizes, 9mm and 15mm, which should I get?

Which is better for tuning, the buddy club spec a ecu or the greddy e-management?

I want to retain a/c normal functions etc, while being able to lower vtec, overcome the speed limiter, play with the fuel etc....

What power gains should I expect, quarter mile times, hp and torque etc should I expect?
Is this worth the money for this setup?
Hoping to make high to low 13's....possible or no?
It's alotta money I hafta put out, but I want it to count, while staying n/a without punching NOS and knocking the boots off all those turbo siR civics and integras running around my country, while keeping it streetable, it's my daily driver....

It's a good start, well at least what the pocket would allow...hahaha

Well thanks in advance guys, all comments welcome and I will keep you updated with this project.

outta here
