I want to get their univeral oval SS muffler.. which is more quiet.. and deeper sound? also. for a 99 hatch. i want the outlet to be center but Do I need a offset/center or center/ center style?

 

either offset/center or center/center will work. but for a Civic, center/center is preferable since the OEM muffler is center/center. any muffler shop can get either configuration to work, though. both will have similar volume/tone. the quietness of the muffler will be determined through the use of a resonator and its size as well as piping size.
