first one,
the other two are offset,
the first is not.

offset will not flow as well as a straight through design..
they're all universal man.. theres no "specific hatchback" one

I needed the center in/offset out for my frields hatch. The Magnaflow unit is a straight-through design and there will be no noticeable loss if you don't use the center/center muffler. The core in the center/offset unit is only a very slight "s" curve.

Although not a Civic, my del Sol required the center/offset. It mostly depends on your piping.

if you get an axleback, then you'd need proper offset,
basically you'd need to get the right setup for your car..

but if your just getting a magnaflow muffler and having the piping made, then you can have it made so it lines up wherever

Yes, but the center inlet makes for a straight shot through the suspension.
