Default bent valve in an lx can i use ITR valves to replace????????????????

i just bent a valve the other day on the highway. Damn Misshifts. oh well. i was wondering if i could use the valves from the integra type r or the si valves. also if i coujld use the valve guides from either of the 2. any other advice as to upgrading or just getting refurbished stock valves would be excllent. thank you. tj

Are you asking if DOHC valves will work in a SOHC motor? If that is the question, the answer is no. Buy stock replacement valves from the dealer, and have the entire head checked by a good machine shop.

im not to sure about the ITR valves but I do believe that the SI valves will go.Make sure you did bend a valve and not a rod or a berring i had a prelude where i thought i bent a valve and it turned out to be a Rod.on the other hand if could also just be tapping and in the case you shouldnt even bother with it
