Default 98-up front end converion on a 95 gsr

Doing the conversion as we speak, i got the lights on and level and the bumper lights on but when i go to put eh new bumper on one side will seat properly but the other wont. It needs to gon another half inch or so to seat and match up with the screw holes. i took teh foam thingy out so that wouldnt be a factor. Does anyone know. Ohyea its a oem factory bumper

has your car been in an accident? the bumper support should be the same for all 94-01 tegs. take some pics that would help out a lot.

Make sure that the bumper isn't caught on anything on the bottom or even on the top. All those little holes/grooves tend to find ways to get caught on something throwing the whole thing out of alignment. One cause for me was the fender lining getting caught on the bottom section of the bumper before.

Or if you're talking about the other side (meaning the front fender) I had a similar problem ther too where I accidently leaned on the fender before while the bumper was off and it bent the fender in like a 1/2 and inch making the whole front bumper not line up anymore. Just pull the fender out slowly to make it line back up if thats the case

The bumper has holes along the top edge for the headlight bracket bolts to poke through. Sometimes the edges of the bumper will get caught on those headlight bolts. Just pull up on the top edge of the bumper to get it over the bolts.
