That's your best bet with your $1500 budget.
What exactly are you looking for? Even the manifold, turbo and piping will pretty much equal that. You'd still need some sort of fuel control and wastegate. Even that is just bare bones. I think you should try saving up a bit more (or use more of the graduation money) if you want to get into something as "hardcore" as a turbo.

i agree with shamoo...don't go cheap with turbo. if it's not done right the first time you'll pay for it in the end.

You're joking right? $4K for top of the line turbo stuff? A good race manifold might cost that. So would a pretty reasonable engine management system.

I have a Ulitamate turbo kit for sale. It comes with a brand new turbonetics T3/T04E with 60 trim on compressor, .63 a/r or turbine side and its a stage 5 exhaust which has increased top end over stage 3 with little turbo lagg!!! Its a 5 bolt pattern. I will include a F-max turbo manifold with turbonetics wastegate and 2 1/2 down pipe. Vortech fmu unit, bosch inline fuel pump, brand new synapse map sensor bypass( no vacuum check lines here!!!) And last but not least a Accel dfi gen 6 stand alone engine management. Gain over 100+ wheel horsepower with this unit. Kit does not include intercooler or piping. I want $2200 for all this stuff. No trades. Price is firm. Plus shipping...Contact me at:crxsir121 or 858-603-3071
