Default Too Much Oil

what are some symptoms of too much oil in your engine? I have a type R and noticed that the oil was down.... So I added some oil.... fired her up.... the idle seems a little high - 1100 rpm....

Also, I dont leak oil, I dont burn oil at least no that I can tell.... but the oil must be going somewhere?

Look at the dipstick and see if you are over the line.

its normal to idle high when you first turn the car on, or when the car is cold.

and its also normal to burn a little oil between changes, not much but a little.

the idle problem seems to gave disappeared just as fast as it appeared.... anyhow, I am going to the dealership to have them do a compression test..... I dont leak or burn oil.... but I have to top the oil up every 500 - 700 KM's.

I have enough freinds with R's to know that these cars do burn oil, especially synthetics... I use MOTUL 8100, however, since I have warranty still available... I might as well use it.
