the SOHC version of the ZC would work on the A6 block. not the DOHC.

Any one tried or though of putting a d16b6 8-valve from an hf model to drive during gas price hikes?

I meant to say: tried or thought of putting an hf head onto a 1.6 soch d16a for the purpose of reducing fuel cost (of course the computer for the 1.5 hf goes with the head also) I'm asking because i got a spare soch zc & thought of the neat economy trick if it would work without any real problem.
