Default poor man r setup times

this will be the setup:
b16a head- ported
gsr shortblock
jdm 4-1 w/2.5 collector
full 2.25 exhaust header back. no cat.
CAI
ls tranny
lightened stock flywheel 13lbs
i was thinking this would put down about 180ish to the wheels. and put me through at about 14.5
. high 13 when i get the vtec series cable tranny with good clutch.

the usdm gs-r ysi is a cable tranny but will accept 92- hydraulic gear sets. this would be the best tranny for my setup.
jdm xsi with limited slip shorter geared
jdm si-r with no limited slip with taller gearing than xsi

i would say 170whp tops...but a low 14 would be possible w/ a shorter geared tranny cause of the lightness of the car

ls tranny is going to slow you down significantly 1/4 wise

in my previous stock b16 crx i was hitting low 14s, when my b16 tranny took a dive i switched over to an ls tranny and the best i could hit was 14.9 and the rest were in the 15s

throw some itr or ctr pistons in there

180's is possible. I put down 182hp and 134 torque with 11.1:1 CR and GSR cams. So, I don't see why you couldn't do it either. Except if I were you I'd convert to OBD1, the non-OBD system is a big choker for any motor. 13's is possible as well, I ran a 13.7 @99.6 with a 2300lb 99 Si on drag radials.
