Which Tranny for setup and clutch?
Sup All...I am doing an ls/vtec setup and will soon be purchasing the tranny...which tranny should I buy?..should I get the ls tranny or the gsr?..if I get the gsr tranny is the clutch and flywheel purchased according to the tranny you get or according to the block???

Gsr tranny would be better, shorter gears. The flywheel is on the block and I think the clutch is the same for every B series tranny. don't quote me on that one.

To the tranny. Make sure you get the right clutch disc as earlier integra trannies (cable) had a different input shaft. If you're using a hydro tranny I believe the clutches are all the same

get the clutch and flywheel for the specs of the tranny. b series are divided to hydros and cables, meaning cables are the same and hydros are the same.
but if u wanna get good 1/4 mile times, go with b16 tranny, short gears. but if u daily drive it go with gsr.
