1) If one were to put a GSR/ITR crank and rods in an LS block with itr pistons would it be bad since there are no oil squirters? I wanna do this because I cannot find a used GSR block.
2) Is an ITR flywheel a worthwhile upgrade from a stock LS flywheel? I can get one from a friend for $40
3) What RPM would I be at with a Hydro GSR tranny and a 4.78 Final drive at 80mph in fifth gear?
4) What is the best cam (performance, reliability, price) that can be run on ITR valvetrain (no Ti retainers)? Toda A, Spoon, ITR, Skunk Stage 1, Jun II?
5) When Balancing a bottom end should I just send the pistons, rods, and crank? OR send the Flywheel and Crank Pulley as well? I want to assemble it myself, but I need some things do by a machine shop (Balancing, Micropolishing, Bore and Hone).
6) Would it be worthwhile to purchase ITR intake valves or just keep the stock GSR intake valves?

1) you would need to align bore the crank caps for this to work juast use the ls crank ...more torque
2) just lighten and resurface yours...
3) depends on what gear you are in ... right
4) they are all pretty good im a spoon/toda/jun guy my self all i know is use a spoon then use all spoon ie retainers springs ect. us toda then use all toda i feel this works the best ... designed for each other
5) just send the pistons, rods, and crank all other parts are balanced from honda to there specs
6) could purchase the itr's or do a 3angle valve job with the gsr's?
hope that helps.

1) No oil squirters will be fine but not sure what you have to do to make it work.
2) Get that ITR flywheel for $40 thats a deal. Its alot lighter that other b-series flywheels
3) Go here for gearing questions http://autocrossing.com/cgi-bin/gearcalc.cgi
5) Everything thats going in a circle should be sent to be balanced except the clutch i beleive.

And you guy's thought I only sell slicks. You need to take the pistons off the rods, you need to take in one set of piston rings, 4-Pistons and one set of keepers, 4-rods, 4-rod pins, the front pulley and bolt, the pressure plate and bolts, the flywheel and bolts, the crankshaft. Make sure they assemble the pulley on the crankshaft, the flywheel and the pressure plate and all bolts and balance as one unit. I hope I am not missing something, this is how we do it. Good Luck John@M&H

Well I have some more questions (and I would rather not start a new thread)
7) Since ITR and B16 and GSR retainers are all the same, when I upgrade to ITR cams should I get new retainers?
8) When I upgrade the valvetrain should I just move my GSR intake springs to the exhaust side or by new ones? (I ask these 2 questions because they have 50-60k on them)
9) I am thinking of just getting US ITR pistons and machining my stock rods so they can fit because I cannot find any Aftermarket forged pistons that are 81.25mm bore (everyone I found was 81.5mm bore)
10) I know that the manual says 81.25mm bore is max, but toda sells 82mm pistons, do you think 81.5mm will be fine? OR better yet is anyone running 81.5mm bore on stock B-series sleeves? (I know this has been asked before by me, but I only received one reply. Other people have said 81.5 is fine while others say 81.25 max.)

you can get the jdm itr and ctr pistons in a .25 over bore. also you can get ross pistons custom made to whatever bore you want for a little over 400$.
