A/C is not working anymore since 5spd swap
I did a 5spd swap on my 99 integra and when they did it, I had them put in a 95 ls 5spd ecu (obd1) with the conversion harness and all.
When I turn on A/C and drive a good 20 minutes with it on, the fan doesn't kick on and there is 0 cold air. (A/C worked fine before the swap, all the lines and wires are hooked up etc...)
Could this be due to the fact that the A/C somehow interacts with the ecu and I might have a obd1 ecu that didn't come with A/C or something?
Any help is appreciated.

I definitely see a difference between the wiring diagrams for the HVAC systems on 94-97 and 98+ Integras. However both diagrams show a black/red wire going from the compressor clutch relay to the transmission control module (automatic only obviously). This same wire also splits off and goes to the ECU. My only theory is perhaps the OBD1 conversion harness got that clutch relay wire in the wrong position or something.
Alright well I went outside and you know the AC line (the big one) right in the middle front of the engine bay, that has the same type of valve the tire stems do? Well I took a wrench and tried to push the little pin type thing in and absolutly nothing was released... is that normal?
i think that means that u have no more of the ac refrigerant, but i'm not sure if thats the correct place to check for that... but that would be wat u would do if u found the right valve.
