Yes, it'll fit.
It'll read in MPH, though. Speed will be pretty acurate. Maybe off by 2-3 m/ph
I have a JDM ITR Cluster in my car. Doing 40 k/mh which is like 25m/ph The traffic survey unit reads like 26-27mph.
