Default yaaay half the problem solved ? any tech's help my other half? :-)

Ok so the main relay was bad.. soldered and starting evertime even in hot-*** weather.. now i have some kinda problem here are my symptoms::

1)After very warm- Low-Low idle.. even adjusted idle still pops back real low like 250 rpms.. and it stutters.. and i filled up my gas tank today.. started it and it stalled but started back up with a super low idle.
2) After revving it up the rpms kinda float where i had them.. even in between shifts for 1-2 seconds.. so i'll hit the gas and it won't drop like it should right away.. but then when it falls.. hard and fast to 0 and then bounces up to the low idle..

Whew lotta typing.. wish i was smart enough to know whats wrong w/ the damn thing.. could be 2 things or .. 1 thing no idea.. no ECU codes by the way.. Thanks in advance guys :-)

Put a new 02 sensor or is it an injector let me go though the car records today evening and give what you need to put on. THe same would happen with my mom's car with 17,000 miles it's a Camry we bought brand new. Then we went with all this argument with Toyota and they covered the 575 repair

My Si does the same thing when the car's hot, the outside temp is
warm - hot and I shut it off and start it again quickly.
2 things I noticed:
1: it seems to happen more often when the A/C was on or still
on when I try restarting it.
2:Sometimes I hear what sounds like compressed air escaping from a
balloon.
It has me stumped??
Must be the air in Jersey!!

Try cleaning your EACV (Electronic Air Control Valve) that should help it idle where it's supposed to and to stop stallin on ya. HTH

On my 90 CRX Si
It's under the intake manifold by the throttle body it's a small round
cylinder with a white plastic end cap can't remember if plastic is
visible from pass. side or not. wires or sensors, can't remember?
are attached underneath it
HTH
BTW, Get a Helm manual or AT Least a "Childrens"
