Stock airboxes that fit 90civic w/ b16?
What stock airboxes fit a 1990 civic w/ a b16?
I currently have a shortram generic and it is wayyy too loud for my liking, and the filter is where the battery used to be(my battery is in trunk now). And its sucking up all the hot air from the radiator/header and the fan is just blowing hot air into the intake...
What stock airboxes fit? itr box might be a a good choice but people want 100+

Re: Stock airboxes that fit 90civic w/ b16? (mr. carpenter)
I've got the stock airbox with a drop-in K&N on mine. I did cut a larger diameter (3") inlet to the box and ran some Home Depot heater hose into the fender like a CAI. Works good for me. What does suck is finding an actual intake hose, for from the box to the TB. I was lucky enough to have gotten an SiR hose with my engine.
I've got a pic if your interested.

I'd like to see the pictures of your setup...I have a stock airbox and think it sure would be benefitial to have some bigger hose in that area. What else could we use if we (I know I sure can't) find a SiR intake hose?
BTW, my setup has a hole cut in the bottom of the resonator to suck up air from under the car, and the other thing that runs right-to-left in the engine bay by the radiator is removed and capped off (with a plastic cup ). I'm beginning to think that that isn't good because the resonator hole in the 'Y' is actually smaller than the other part.

is modification to anything required, or is the hose 'plug and play'? (stock airbox, stock throttle body)

Using the stock JDM Integra XSI intake (word on the street is its wider than the US version but I haven't seen them side by side yet so I cant verify this) tube and stock Si box.
