HEY! I never got that 3rd bushing, the one with the metal sticking straight up. I belive it goes in the bottom of the shifter.

Can you buy Just that one? I already have the stabilizer bushings. I noticed hardly any change in imporvement.

you need to put some loctite on the bolt on the short shifter. mine does it too just the bolt gets loose after driving it a while

its not a 3rd bushing. the one with the collar sticking up is for the civic application. the one above it is for integra application. there are only 2 bushings for the shifter.

the b&m shifter is known to rattle, if you add poly bushings chances are your rattle will just get worse

best thing to do is to take out all the b&m bushings that came with your shifter(all those little "O" rings) and re-use your stock black rubber bushings. when i did that it greatly decreased the rattle.

or get a skunk2 shifter(thats what i did)

ok so im really bored here at work...........

civic app:

integra app:

as you can see there are only 2 bushings total, on the civic app, those 2 half bushings get stacked with the grooves facing away from eachother(does that make sense?) and the collar inserted through them. in the end it looks like the integra app "donut" bushing.

-Aaron, who has installed both the civic and integra app

its best to change to the poly urethane bushings at the same time u first put on the short shifter

yup that's why I ditched my b&m shifter even with the es bushings it got worse. I replaced it with a skunk2 shifter and it's worth every penny. dam shame I wasted my money on the b&m shifter in the first place
