simple as that just make sure you get a good one
cause if you get a rebuilt one there are chances that
you will have to replace a couple of times before you get a good one..

jesus, maybe the integra and civic chasis is a tad different because I didnt even have to jack my car up to put my alternator in, it took some elbow grease to get that damn bottom bolt in but you can hand tighten the nut that holds the shaft bolt in place on the bottom then get your 14 and go to work on it.
and remove the upper strut tower bar and the bracket that holds the alternator to the car to get the old one out and the new one in (alternator removed of course)
and just yank it out of that spot...
then slide the other one in and put everything back as you took it off..
then again im only 180 pounds and can get my hands in pretty tight places lol

You might can get it in from above w/ the Civic's smaller D-series engine, but because the Integra's B-series is so much bigger (wider) you will have to lower it down from below. The GS-R's stock manifold also gets in the way of getting it out from above on those cars. But yeah I just removed my axle and lowered it down from below, piece o cake. You will probably have to remove the center halfshaft to get enough clearance, but if you jack up only the left front corner of the car, you should not have to worry about draining the transmission (unless you or someone else overfilled it last time of course).
As for sources for alternators, I found this website which is where I will probably buy from in the future, Alternator Starter Express:

A rebuilt alternator for my car runs about $140 and comes w/ a 3-year warranty!
