Autometer Shift Light Ques.
I have the autometer shift light with the little pills and if I put in, for example a 6.6 rpm pill in, the shift light comes on around 7k so it is off by a few hundred rpms. I have it tapped in behind the cluster, would it be more accurate if I tapped it in the blue wire by the master cylinder? I've heard that the autometer tachs and shift lights are usually off by a few hundred rpms, anybody else have this problem? how did you fix it? TIA

that's the wire you are supposed to tap into
I just got my pills today. The shiftlight I bought from a user here only had a 6K pill
got my 8400 pill in today.
