Default h22 tranny on f22 motor

can a h22 tranny be bolted on to a f22 engine if so well it be better or not. and well the gears be closer.

yes it will fit and the h trannies have closer ratios, you will need the lude tranny mount

15.3 on g-tech with out the gude parts with i dont know havent tryed yet. and with the new gude parts i can rev to 7200rpm. If i shift at 72 with the h22 tranny were would my rpm drop to.

screamer i'm impressed. i think it's badass that u stuck with the f22, but why? have you been to pure honda . com? they would be interested in the accord forum on all the mods you've done to the f22. good luck with your bad *** f22.

when you swap trannies like that..do you have to use the lude ecu or do you keep your stock one?

the only time u need to change ecu is when u going from auto to manual ect.... i think

screamer7, wow thats a nice setup. i was wondering how the gude package worked out for you, i have a 97 SE, i've been thinking about turbo or a swap, but i'd rather work on the F22 due to legal issues here in TX.

where did you buy it (fr a local shop or straight fr gude)? how is the drivability? im trying to work w/ the characteristics of the engine ie. torque and was wondering if the package delivered? and can you give us a ballpark figure how much all that set you back?

go with the h22 swap u like it better i think. the head parkage cost $1450 its good 4 day driven cars give u good hp
