throttle bodies are they a good Idea
I am going to put a throttle body on my b16a and was wondering should I wait to put one on when I turbo the engine and will it make that much of a differince, I know more air is better and I know that a big bore throttle body lets more air in, or should I not even waste my money.
let me know thanks for your help!

remmeber to port match it...soo ur actually gettin more air in....try not to go too big...SPOON's 70mm is for racing engines....ur probably looking for sumthing around 64mm,
personally i'd save my money on other things...how about an intake to connect to the TB...haha

why get a throttle body. if u get a shoe box and some string u can make ur own throttle body thats what i did

personally i think the t/b is a good idea when i put a bored t/b on my civic it helped out more then the intake itself. esp if you get a good quality one and port match it. you shouls see a nice improvement in n/a form and when you go with f/i.
If youre intercooler piping isnt bigger then your TB I dont think you'll see much gain at all. Things work differently under pressure then on NA motors.
