a guy i know races an LS with B16, NA, he is in 5th gear in the 1/4

you said N/A, i think he needs to raise his rev limiter! do some springs and retainers on the top end! unless he's running some small slicks up front! give us the whole picture!

with a 8000rpm redline and a jdm S1 tranny, i'm finishing the 1320 in fouth gear at about 7500rpms! with the same redline using a ls tranny (ys1), i would finish the 1320 in third gear at about 7700rpms that's on 15" tire!
