rear window glass question

Default rear window glass question

i have tow rear glass windows for an eg one with the rubber weather strip anound the edges and one without.

my question is how do i put the rubber piece on the other window, is it a type of glue or what?

Well... the rubber strip came off of my window years ago. I still have the strip saved. I was told by my mechanics that I could never clean the edge of the window nor the inside of the strip well enough to reglue back it on. I didn't ask the guys who install windshields though. Their glue might work. Otherwise, the strip wasn't available separatedly from Honda. I was told that I would just have to replace my whole rear window in order to have one with the rubber seal around it again. The window has never leaked on me, so I haven't replaced it yet. *shrug*

thats pretty wack, i cleaned myine with a razor, all i need to do now is find a way to put the rubber piece on, just need to know what glue to use i guess. thanks though

That is probably your best bet. Just call up some of those guys and ask them
