Default DSM Injecters In 00' GSR?

I am wondering if I would be able to use fuel injecters from a 97' Eclipse GS-T in my 00' GSR?

Is there anything else that I would need in order to make this work?
What so the DSM's flow at?

I thought that a while back I read that someone on this board was using them, well regardless, my friend totaled his car and is parting it out and since I am having some problems with mine I thought I might to able to take advantage.

Thanks in advance.

You can use them, but you will need some sort of fuel management to control the injectors. You will also need to wire a 10ohm 10watt inline resistor for each injector, or use a resistor box from an 88-91 CRX, 4G Prelude, etc.

Is the GST automatic or manual? Autos have 350cc's if I remember right, while 5spds have 450cc.

many gsr owners use dsm injectors. When I was using a drag 3 kit, I had dsm 450s. You need a resistor box to make it work.

Damn, I had no clue that they flowed that much.

Thanks guys but it looks like a little too much work for my set-up as well as mre flow then I am looking for.

Anyone know of a place that I can pick up some RC's for a good price?

to run DSM's on a OBDII car, you need OBDI clips and a resistor pack.

I say don't waste the time and effort on it, if you have the money to make the power, don't try to cut corners by buying some used injectors. Buy the RC's and save yourself some time and future money.

It's not worth it if you plan on running Hondata or a tunable ECU. Those systems are not compatable with DSM injectors. So you'll end up having to replace them anyway.

Thats debateable.

A lot of us have been running DSM injectors without any or very little problems for a long time now. When youre talking about a $200+ difference, it makes a big deal.

I know of 2 people locally who run DSM injectors on a hondata, and they have had no problems whatsoever. On the Integra, you need a resistor box to make them work.

If the injectors are out of a 5-speed DSM, they're 450cc
If the injectors are out of an automatic DSM, they're 320cc i believe

DSM's with a resistor pack work fine with hondata or stock ECU. they are a bargain compared to RC's. I dont see any reasons not to use them.
