Default Is this a concern?

As you guys may remember from recently we just installed an h22 into my
friends civic. But we have come across a minor problem (I think minor),
when we took off the spark plug wires there was oil on top of some of
the plugs.

but the thing is we changed the:
-spark plugs
-wires
-spark plug gromets
-valve cover gasket
-oil pan gasket etc.

The only thing I could think of is during the first 3 months while the
motor sat in the garage we poured about a table spoon of oil down each
spark plug hole.

either way I don't feel it is to big of a concern because it is not
burning oil or misfiring, but to be on the safe side the motor is going
to get recompression tested tomorrow. Any ideas of what it could be
would be great! thanks.
