Default hesitiation like a sob backfire misfire blah blah

got home last monday washed the ka. start it up it would hesitate once in 3rd gear around 3k. the engine bay did *not* get wet. since ive destroyed 4921 dizzy's im asuming its dizzy related so i get a new one. new dizzy coil cap rotor blah blah. plugs are 2 weeks old etc etc. no go.

now its getting worse. i start the car it backfires, i try to drive it @ any rpm low or high throttle it hesitates like a sob.

its throwing no codes either

things that are new:
o2 sensor
dizzy
cap
rotor
retimed everything
advanced the timing and retarded the timing
plugs
grounds are fine
swaped ecus

ive searched a lot on this issue. everything points to ignition but mines dead new. could this be an injector thats taking a ****?
stumped

you have your plugs in the right order? try swapping them around, maybe you interpreted the picture in the manual wrong.

yeah its an mpfi swap. plug wires are in the proper order,
timing was off fixed that, it backfires a TON when its under load. you can hear spark arcing all over the place inside the dizzy, so i yet again replaced the cap and rotor. didnt help anything. throwing no codes
im stumped

Redo the ignition timing, and check the spark plug from the cylinder that had the bad wire.

You changed ALL the spark plug wires, or just the one?

If 1 was bad, the others can't be far behind.

timing was redone, cap, rotor, plugs and all wires are brand new. its like fuel kill (sillilar to when a crank angle sensor takes a **** cept higher up in the rpm band). it also hesitates once out of 1st at really low rpms. think it could be a bad injector? if it was id assume it would ride like *** in general.
