B18 swapped eg8 no start after tune up
Hey guys I'm new to the forums, was trying to avoid asking for help but I'm kinda stumped. A few months ago I bought a ls swapped civic eg8, ran perfectly fine for a month maybe a month and a half then one day I stared it after work and it was running real rough and misfireING in cylinder 3, so I decided to do a full tune up, plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Got all of that on and now no spark at all (sparked and started before the tune up) (and yes plug gaps are okay). So next we decided my ignition coil in the dizzy, replaced that brand new and it started, didn't drive it the rest of the day. Next morning drove it for about 45, got on it a little and parked it to get ready for work, came back out about an hour later started just fine even sounded better than before, i made it around the corner shifted in to second and it just died, I lost power and hasn't started since. I've replaced the wholeft dizzy brand new, I have spark, checked timing and it's good. I'm just really not sure what's going on. Can anyone help please 😬

You have spark, that much we know.
Do you have fuel? When you turn the key to ON, can you hear the fuel pump prime for two seconds? If not check the main relay under the left dash. If that's good, makes sure you are getting power to the pump. If there is power and no prime, then you have a bad fuel pump.
If you hear it prime, make sure your fuel filter isn't clogged and that the injectors are firing.

While a new fuel filter is always a good idea, throwing parts at a problem isn't. Check to make sure you are getting power to the injectors before replacing the fuel filter.

100% agree, however, fuel filters are so cheap, you might as well. It's not going to hurt the problem. Just d9nt expect it to fix it.
